Call for Entry: A Challenge to Comic Book Fans and Aspiring Artists Attending Comic-Con to Create, Capture and Tell their own Comic-Con Experiences Using Planetwide Media’s Comic Book Creator™ Software

SAN DIEGO, CA (PRNewswire) July 23, 2007 – Comic-Con International San Diego Booth #5554 – Planetwide Media, the developer and publisher of Comic Book Creator™ digital interactive entertainment software and www.HyperComics.com announce today the launch of the “My Comic-Con Experience” Comic Book Creator™ Contest. Starting today and ending on Monday, August 1, 2007, comic book fans and artists are challenged to capture and share their 2007 San Diego Comic-Con experience with their own digital photos and artwork using Planetwide Media’s Comic Book Creator software.  Comic book fans and artists can register at www.HyperComics.com and download a FREE trial version of the original Comic Book Creator™ software to create their own user-generated photo comics taken from their Comic-Con experience.

The “My Comic-Con Experience” Comic Book Creator Contest begins at 12:00 p.m. PST on July 23, 2007 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PST on August 1, 2007. All entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. PST on August 1, 2007. The Grand Prize winner will receive $1,000.00 in cash and a Planetwide Media software gift bundle worth a retail value of $1,120.00. The top 10 runner-ups will receive a copy of Planetwide's new Comic Book Creator 2.0 software (Retail Value of $49.99).
 
The contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 13 years of age or older at time of entry.  No purchase necessary.
